Chopped Onion - 1
Chopped Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Carom Seeds - 1 tsp
Schezwan Sauce - 1 tbsp
Chaat Masala - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil/ ghee - as required

Method:
1. In a mixing bowl, put whole wheat flour, pickled green chillies, onion, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, carom seeds, schezwan sauce, chaat masala, garam masala, red chilli powder, salt to taste in it and mix it well.

2. Then add leftover dal in it and mix it. Knead it to make a soft dough. Add water, if needed. Keep it aside for 10-15 minutes for rest.

3. Take a portion from the dough and make a ball. Then flatten it up and roll it like a chapati. Apply oil on it and fold it to make a square. Roll it with the help of rolling pin. You can make any shape of paratha. Repeat the step to make more.

4. Place the paratha on hot tawa. Apply oil on both sides and cook it. Delicious Leftover dal paratha is ready. Cook all in the same way. Serve it hot along with plain curd, raita, pickle or chutney.
